For the novice PC user:

1. Basic turn-on/off procedures
2. Mouse skills
3. Control Panel functions
4. Programs that come with the Operating System
5. Installation & Setup of Programs
6. Creating Icons
7. Diskette format/copy functions
8. Windows Explorer - drag & drop
9. Keyboard hot key strokes
10. Clipboard functions

However, on Saturdays we are hosting complementary Internet basics classes from 9-1, for our dial-in subscribers. It's a first come, first server setup. We have 15 computers connected and can use either Window 3.1, Windows 95 or Windows NT.
